Pricing questions
What counts as a machine?
Each host running the Vexo agent is one machine, however many GPUs it reports on. A revoked machine no longer counts.
What happens if I change plans or cancel?
A change applies at once and is prorated for the rest of the billing period. If you cancel, your plan lasts until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace returns to Free. Your machines, reports and history stay intact.
Who handles payments and invoices?
Paddle, our reseller, handles checkout, invoices and sales tax. Vexo never sees or stores your card details.
We need a contract, invoice or DPA before we can sign up.
